I Fly NeighbourlyBlue Sky introduces Enviro-Friendly Fly Neighbourly policy into it's flight operations.
Blue Sky Helicopters has incorporated the Helicopter Association Internationals "Fly Neighbourly" program into it's flight operations. This initiative promotes the operation of helicopters in such a way that minimises the noise impact to the community and the environment.

This is accomplished, for example, by establishing and following routes that limit exposure to the public, employing pilot techniques that reduce the noise signature of the helicopter and by flying at higher than "set" minimum altitudes in noise sensitive areas.

"In environmentally conscious Sydney, I strongly believe that our industry has so much at stake. Blue Sky pilots have always been aware of our helicopter noise footprint when flying over sensitive areas. We have now taken the initiative and implemented Worlds best practice by officially embracing the HAI's program. This will make our operations socially sustainable and at one with the wider community"
Mark Fitzsimmons.
