All flights are conducted in our Bell 206 B3 Jetranger or Robinson R44 helicopter as Private Charter options, include lunch, are within 25 to 40 minutes flight time from our base (at Sydney Airport) and spend around 3 hours at the location (plus flight time!).

  • The Reef at Terrigal on the Central Coast

    This package is very much about the journey as well as the destination...

    Departing Sydney Airport we take off to the north, flying over the Harbour & spectacular Northern Beaches we track towards Broken Bay and the Central Coast. On landing at Erina, the Reef's private transfer vehicle will be waiting for the brief drive to the restaurant at Terrigal.

    Seafood is the star of the show here. The menu is clever without being showy - it is innovative, whilst still maintaining accessibility and simplicity. Dishes such as the salt and pepper squid and local black mussels in Provencal sauce are excellent examples of this.

    The Reef Restaurant is what everyone looks for in a venue - spectacular views, great service, sublime food and a relaxed atmosphere...

      After departing Sydney Airport we initially track north via the Harbour... Continuing on towards the beautiful Northern Beaches and the pristine waters of Pittwater we land at Bells at Killcare, located on the idyllic Bouddi Peninsular.

    Sit back and enjoy the contemporary coastal setting of Manfredi’s at Bells Restaurant where you will treated to the culinary delights of Stefano Manfredi who has been awarded One Chef’s Hat in the prestigious Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide every year since taking the helm in 2008.

    The name Manfredi is synonymous with Modern Italian cuisine, and here you will enjoy seasonal dishes inspired by the produce grown and harvested in the Estate’s famous vegetable garden, featuring locally harvested seafood from the Hawkesbury region as well as Gundooee Wagyu Beef from the Central Tablelands.

    Landing around 40 minutes after our departure, Centennial Vineyards Restaurant offers breathtaking views of the sprawling vineyards and is an ideal setting to enjoy a relaxed lunch in the country with amazing food and fine wine.

    On balmy summer days, the restaurant's French doors open onto the spacious Australian veranda to provide a unique alfresco dining experience. In winter, the cosy and rustic appeal of the restaurant is enhanced by the enormous fireplace.

    Centennial Vineyards Restaurant owners, Robin and Mandy Murray, have created a wonderful dining experience which makes the most of the beautifully appointed room and stunning vineyard views. To ensure there is something on the menu for everyone, Robin's cuisine is cleverly balanced between contemporary and bistro-style. Freshly picked Cuttaway Creek raspberries and the restaurant's home grown seasonal herbs contribute to the local produce fare.

    Return transfers from the City to Blue Sky Helicopters for just $45 each way (Ford G6E Falcon). Or for that really special occasion UPGRADE to a Mercedes S Class or a BMW 7 series chauffeured car for an additional $90 each way. For Private Charter flights & tours greater than 45-minutes, the (standard) return City transfer is FREE.

    For those making their own way to the Heliport, we have FREE parking right outside our door.

PILOTS NOTE: When booking any of the Fly & Dine tours we will give you a FREE RETURN TRANSFER from the City... For that really special occasion UPGRADE to a Mercedes S Class or a BMW 7 series chauffeured car for an additional $45 (each way). If you don't need the transfer, you can park for FREE right outside our building.

DEPARTURE POINT: Heliport, 462 Ross Smith Ave, Sydney Airport. If you are coming in your own vehicle you can park for FREE outside our building. City transfers take just 15-minutes & are available from just $66 each way. When booking a "Private Charter" flight/tour of 45-minutes or more, then the return City transfer is FREE of charge.!

WHAT TO BRING: A camera if you wish. We will also take pictures of you (with our camera) that can be uploaded to your FACEBOOK & TWITTER accounts straight after the flight. Sunscreen in the summer & a lightweight jacket or sweater in the cooler months.
