Flying via Sydney's magical harbour & Northern Beaches, we fly the coastline north passing the Hawkesbury River and spectacular Watagan Ranges. On arrival in the picturesque Hunter Valley, we land at Pokolbin, the centre of Australia's premier vineyards.

Includes three-course lunch & winetasting at Esca on the Bimbadgen Estate. The wines, combined with the delectable talents of the Esca Restaurant's Executive Chef, make dining at Bimbadgen a truly memorable experience.

Roberts (built in 1876) is also an option... the award winning restaurant and wine tasting at Pepper Tree Wines is also a great day out. A meal at Roberts is more than just memorable, it’s a unique dining experience.

1.	We have noticed a few companies advertising on the net that are operating in association with other companies AOC's (Air Operating Certificate). Make sure you only fly with a company that has it's own AOC. Issued by CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority), this permission allows aviation companies to conduct commercial activities under the Civil Aviation Act. We are proud to operate our own aircraft under our own AOC which was issued by CASA in 1997.
2.	We don't always claim to offer the cheapest scenic flights/tours but we are one of the the best at it (quality & cheap are not usually in the same sentence, especially in aviation!)... Our reputation in this industry speaks volumes.
3.	Our aircraft of choice is the Bell 206 Jetranger helicopter, we operate this type of helicopter for one reason only... Safety! The Jet powered B3 Jetranger has set more industry records than any other aircraft in the world & has the best safety record of any helicopter in the industry. Couple that with our pilots who have thousands of hours of experience & you're good to go!

Ten reasons to fly with us

	Private Charter or Share with Others?
	Share with Others means just that... sharing the helicopter with other passengers. i.e. You are purchasing 2 seats on the helicopter and the remaining 2 empty seats *could be* (but not always) occupied by other passengers.
	Private Charter means that you are securing all 4 seats on the helicopter... You will not be sharing with other people that you do not know. Booking for 2 or 3 passengers? For a limited time we have changed our standard Private Charter policy for this flight package. We have therefore reduced the rate according to how many passengers there are in your group as opposed to the already discounted Private Charter rate of $3500 (5-hrs) or $4060 (7-hrs). We'll also give you a FREE one way transfer from the City in a Mercedes S Class/BMW 7 series chauffeured car, or if you make your own way to the Heliport, a FREE DVD of your flight! Note: If your booking equals 3 passengers you will automatically qualify for "Private Charter". Booking for 4 passengers will also give you "Private Charter" & qualify you for the maximum 30% discounted rate, as you'll have reached the maximum seating capacity for our Jetranger helicopter.
	Flight prices are based on standard passenger weights. Passengers in excess of 100kg (220lb) may effect quoted prices.
	Total Heli-tour durations start & finish at Sydney Airport (i.e Flight time plus time on the ground in the Hunter Valley equals 5 or 7 hours).
	Actual sights, routes, departure time & flight duration may vary due to weather, operational considerations, air traffic control or pilot discretion. Cancellation (by passengers) within 48 hours of flight time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation (by passengers) within 24 hours of flight time (or a no-show) will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No fees are payable if Blue Sky Helicopters cancels flight due to weather or other operational contingency.
	All prices are in Australian dollars, are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services tax) and are current until 31st December 2010. All flights are conducted in a Jet turbine helicopter. Please also read our full Terms & Conditions.
