1.	We have noticed a few companies advertising on the net that are operating in association with other companies AOC's (Air Operating Certificate). Make sure you only fly with a company that has it's own AOC. Issued by CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority), this permission allows aviation companies to conduct commercial activities under the Civil Aviation Act. We are proud to operate our own aircraft under our own AOC which was issued by CASA in 1997.
2.	We don't always claim to offer the cheapest scenic flights/tours but we are one of the the best at it (quality & cheap are not usually in the same sentence, especially in aviation!)... Our reputation in this industry speaks volumes.
3.	Our aircraft of choice is the Bell 206 Jetranger helicopter, we operate this type of helicopter for one reason only... Safety! The Jet powered B3 Jetranger has set more industry records than any other aircraft in the world & has the best safety record of any helicopter in the industry. Couple that with our pilots who have thousands of hours of experience & you're good to go!

	Private Charter or Share with Others?
	Share with Others means just that... sharing the helicopter with other passengers. i.e. You are purchasing 1, 2 or 3 seats on the helicopter and the empty seat or seats could be (but not always) occupied by other passengers.
	Base price of the 30-minute Sunset flight is normally $300pp, however for a limited time, when booking for 1 or 2 passengers for a Sunset flight we'll give you a $50pp discount (now just $250pp). If booking for 3 passengers, we'll give you a $65pp discount! (Just $235pp) and if booking for 4 passengers the price is just $225pp (a fantastic $75pp discount).
	Private Charter means that you are securing all 4 seats on the helicopter... You will not be sharing with other people that you do not know (it's up to you how many seats you want to use to a maximum of 4). Even If you are a single passenger or a group of 2 or 3, you can still Private Charter the helicopter & cancel out the possibility of the remaining seat/s being sold! For a limited time we have changed our standard Private Charter policy for this flight. We have therefore reduced the rate according to how many passengers there are in your group as opposed to the standard discounted Private Charter rate of $1080 (10%). This flight normally includes a one way transfer from the City in a Mercedes S Class/BMW 7 series chauffeured car or a free DVD, however as this flight is discounted to $700, $800 or $900, $90 will need to be added if you'd still like to take advantage of the City transfer or $60 for the DVD. Note: If your booking equals 4 passengers you will automatically qualify for "Private Charter" at the discounted rate as you'll have reached the maximum seating capacity for our Jetranger helicopter.
	As the sun sets at different times throughout the year, we will advise your flight time on confirmation of your flight booking. Minimum passenger numbers may apply to some “Share with Others” flights.
	Flight prices are based on standard passenger weights. Passengers in excess of 100kg (220lb) may effect quoted prices.
	Cancellation (by passengers) within 48 hours of flight time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation (by passengers) within 24 hours of flight time (or a no-show) will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No fees are payable if Blue Sky Helicopters cancels flight due to weather or other operational contingency.
	All prices are in Australian dollars, are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services tax) and may be subject to change without notice. (I.e. We suggest you book sooner rather than later as the price may return to A$300pp at any time!). All flights are conducted in a Jet turbine helicopter. Please also read our full Terms & Conditions.
